	Ari Ispahany, Safety Program Manager, for the Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Region was the first primary speaker.



	Dan Albert, Public Safety Unit Project Assistant for the NYS Office of Homeland Security, conducted the second featured program.



	Adam B. Stiebeling, Deputy Commissioner of Putnam Emergency Services, received PNWFPA recognition for his "continued assistance with the development and hosting of the Annual Sheriff's Seminar".
